Nova is Ranged Assassin Hero from the StarCraft universe.
November "Nova" Terra is a ghost of the Terran Dominion and one of the most powerful psionic soldiers ever known. Nova is highly focused, determined, and extremely deadly. Even Jim Raynor wouldn't want to be caught within her crosshairs.
Background[]
Nova has a Psi Index rating of 10 and as such, is one of the most powerful ghosts in existence. Her PI is only just surpassed by Sarah Kerrigan's rating as a ghost. She is so powerful that she finds it difficult not to read minds. She can even read minds through some types of psi-screens. Nova has the ability to telepathically communicate, at least with other psychics.[1]

- Exceptional attack range
- Has high global damage with Precision Strike
- Very effective at ganking heroes
- Capable of scouting for her team.
- Triple Tap can reveal enemy heroes.
- Works well with anyone with strong crowd control (stuns, silences and roots)

- Poor to almost no waveclear, though it can be improved with limited talents including One in the Chamber and Precision Strike
- Lacks escape without usage of stealth-oriented abilities
- Very susceptible to reveal and crowd control
- High skill floor on landing shots on vulnerable heroes

Cooldown: 6 seconds
Deals 230 (+4% per level) damage to the first enemy hit.
Passive: Hitting an enemy Hero with Snipe permanently increases the damage of Snipe by 6%, stacking up to 30%. Gain an additional 25% damage bonus at maximum stacks. All stacks are lost if Snipe fails to hit an enemy.
Mana: 65
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Deal 100 (+4% per level) damage to an enemy and slow it by 40% for 2.25 seconds.

Cooldown: 15 seconds
Create a Decoy for 5 seconds that attacks enemies, dealing 10% of Nova's normal damage. Using this Ability does not break Cloak.
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Activate to gain Stealth. You do not lose Stealth from taking damage, attacking, or using Abilities for 2 seconds.
Ghost Protocol
Activate to instantly gain Stealth to Nova and spawn a Holo Decoy at her location. Nova is Unrevealable for the first 0.5 seconds when Stealthed by Ghost Protocol.

Gain Stealth and 15% Movement Speed when out of combat for 3 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, or channeling reveals you.

Basic Attack range is 20% further than other ranged Heroes, and you see 10% further than other Heroes.

Increases the cast range of Pinning Shot by 30%. Pinning Shot also increases your next Basic Attack range by 30%.

After being Stealthed for 5 seconds, Pinning Shot's slow is increased to 55% and costs no Mana. Bonus is lost after losing Stealth for 1 second.

After being Stealthed for 2 seconds, gain an additional 10% Movement Speed. While Stealthed, regenerate 2 Mana per second.

Enemy Minions killed near you grant a stack of Bribe. Hero Takedowns grant 10 stacks of Bribe. Use 25 stacks to Bribe a Mercenary, instantly defeating them. Does not work on Bosses. Maximum of 100 stacks. If a camp is defeated entirely with Bribe, the camp respawns 50% faster.

- 2UP Nova figures based on her appearance in Heroes of the Storm will be released in 2015.[2]
- A Nova 7" figure will be released by NECA, based on her Heroes appearance.[3]
- Widowmaker, a character from Overwatch, appears as a skin for Nova. Kent-Erik Hagman has commented that it is unlikely that Widowmaker will be a separate hero, and that it is likely that other Overwatch heroes will take priority over her.[4]
